The one?

A friend of my gf's ask her how do I know if she is the one? And my gf asked me that, well I could not answer her at that moment, coz I know the feeling but cant explain it in words. So I thought about it. Hmm to me. She is the one when you like her, but she leaves you. And you feel happy for her that she found some one, and you try to comfort yourself and tell yourself that if its meant to be its meant to be. And by some miraculous event, the two of you come intertwindled back into each others lifes. Only to be pushed away yet again, and the last time that she came back into my life, I truly felt that she was the one... In short, you will only know if she's the one if you let her go and she come back to you. Just like the song Heaven Knows. ¨ If you really love her, you've got to set her free. And if she returns in time, I'll know she's mine.¨

Yes to a wild life, no to a dull life.

I just watched 2 very extremely conflicting shows, 1 being Revoluntionary Road the oscar winning show, and another Jim Carrey show Yes Man. The former was rather deep and creepy, and it gives you that feel of asking yourself what would you do in that situation type of mechanism running thru your mind when your watching the show. The main theme of the story is how life is so boring and mundane, but we as drones of society are helpless to follow and conform. If we do not, we are alienated and frowned upon, called crazy , weird , siao or even worst. Why has the world come to such a state. For example, the analogy that the man has to earn more than women and that woman should do chores and take care of the kids. Or even that we must do something that can earn more money rather than do something we like. I can safely assume 90% of us are doing jobs we particulary do not like, and I can safely assume we will not change cause of fear. Fear of becoming different, fear of not earning enough. Not enough to survive, but not enough to outshine our friends and superiors with material goods, not enough to walk around town and feel good that people are looking at your precious buys of the day, not enough to look like the various models and celebrities on the mass media, not enough to be worthy of your partners, friends and parents, not enough to support a family, not enough to get married. All these at the price of sacrificing that dream job you have always wanted to do, but avoided just because of all these reasons. We all cant run away from this, how I wish I can. Well I can and I wish to, but people close to me would surely criticize me of taking a degree for nothing, or not making enough money even though I could. Its a times like this when I wonder, being more dumb has its advantages too. We all thrive to go into medicine, accountancy, business, law and science. Do we like it? Or are we doing it for the prestige? Or are we conformed by society so that if we get these particularly high grades we have to follow these rotues. Well so be it then, being relistic at the expense of being happy and pleasing everyone else, or being unrealistic and pleasing yourself and not pleasing everyone else.


Oopz kinda engrossed talking about the former haha and for the lighter side....The latter, was a carefree movie about well saying YES to everything. It at 1st seemed like some preaching movie about saying YES. Well it is a very funny show, Jim Carrey speaking korean sam ha mi da is freaking good and funny. Its a good show to perk up your mood after revolutionary road. Both are like black and white, yin and yang, you can see it for yourself after watching both, that life needs a good mixture of both realistic and wildness.

All in all we all have to realistic to a certain extent, but I feel that it is essential to do some crazy out of the box stuff once inawhile. It will makes us more happy, than being mindless drones conformed to society.

Heath Ledger, a man of mystery and ultra famous after his mysterious death in a hotel. I don't know why but I was so drawn to his acting as the joker that I kept buying more n more joker collectables. Ok not all Joker collectables, only just those which give a creepy resemblence to the man himself. Heath's portrayal of the joker just draws you into a world where insanity has logic, where sense does not make sense, where every wrong has a right meaning behind it.
Chaos is fair ,is a new beginning to a new world, where fun and laughter and anarchy rules.
Chance is fair , unbiased , unprejudiced. Flipping a coin to decide your fate and others.
And many other dark themes, no wonder the movie was named the dark knight and the promotional posters were very darkly themed in insanity especially the promotional items for the joker.
Well will update with pitures of my joker collection soon, but here's a treat to all Joker fans.Hot toys just announced a new delux Joker figure with 2 outfits his original purple trench coat rigged with bombs at the mob meeting and the police honour guard outfit when he wanted to shoot the mayor of gotham. I think this will be my last joker memorabilia not counting the tees from DC direct( hope better designs are made soon, and the price to drop)

Regular Update

Hi peeps and online circuits, my life has been fun lately. A little too fun perhaps, been playing for the last four days, thurs, fri , sat ,sun. Was out having fun practically all of these days, and did little school work. Man I need to wake myself up soon deadlines are next week and exams are lingering awfully close around the corner too. How I wish time would slow down soon, its my 2nd last week of schooling in NUS, provided that I don't screw up my results * touch wood*. Well at least I did manage to get quite a bit done for my financial report and biocomp webpage today.Yippie, haha this has got to be the most boring entry haha. TIme to sleep and wake up to another day of chionging. Oh ya I got into the top 10 photos for an NUS photo compeitiion the link is over here: http://nus2.servy.net/photo/ . My entry was taken like 2 years ago , saw a dam depressed student and thought his depression looked so artistic so grabbed my cam n changed to black and white and wala send it to a photo comp and got into top 10. I don;t tink i will win anyway coz i am not as popular as some ppl in nus are, darn the prizes are not bad: creative HD handaycam, ipod Nano and psp sia with 2 games.
