Back to old school

Yo Yo guys, my previous entry is nt about my girlfriend. Its kinda alot of ppl juz realize this trend, that ppl change after changing life's phases. I never know what will happen to me when I move on to my next phase, which is soon. How I wish I wun change and lose myself, for me now love and life is more impt than money and material goods. Dunno if it will change next yr?? I certainly hope not..

Everything's changing and I don't feel the same

Lately been feeling down, down that everything and everyone changes once the person or thing moves on to its next phase of life. Things of the earlier phases take a 2nd place or maybe nt so crude as that, its like a safety zone that was always there until it disappear without you knowing it.Hmm maybe its just like running with a towel around your neck. As u run further and further, u r more focused on your destination and without knowing the towel had fallen off. When you are really sweaty and hot and want to wipe your sweat away, you realized that you had forgotten where and when that towel dropped off, and you have nothing to wipe away your sweat. By that time its already too late. So all in all the morale of the story for me is that, no matter how life progresses we have to hold what we hold dear close to heart. If not things and people change further from what we once knew of what is and what is not. By the time we cant recognize who is that other person, it is already too late. At that same honesty is crucial, sometimes people dont realize they are changing. We need to remind our loved ones how we feel if we are hurt in anyway bcoz of these changes. Anyway most of the time its not the other parties fault, its partially due to being extremely busy with social and work life. Don't worry guys, I'm alright. I'm not having a bad relationship, I love the relationship I have and treasure it alot. I'm just reflecting on life for everyone including myself. I believe most of us have gone thru this predicament. So hang in there..

Looking forward for my new watch!

My sis staying in NYC will be coming back next Saturday and she bought me the watch I always wanted recently for my birthday present. BIG thanks to her, I think its quite ex over there mayb 140USD?But here its a whopping 270SGD at G factory, anyway most G Factory outlets have sold out on the gold one, only left the silver ones. Yippie!

Not much chance to use my brietling watch, as I seldom get a chance to wear shirts and I think its to formal for tees. Will wear it more maybe when I start working next yr though, so must find a nice place to display this ¨excellent¨ timepiece Any way was clearing my cupboard and found my old rotten disintegrated Addidas watch box, apparently its quite nice for a shitty watch haha. Threw in my brietling and wow!!! its an excellent display piece!!! This shall be my bedside ¨clock¨ haha!

DVD's galore at a steal!

Okay, I know now is the so called recession inflation period of our times, may well be the second great depression, but lately felt like spending some money on luxuries. N for me luxuries are dvd's, nice outings with my darlin, movie collectables or games. Been contemplating to buy avp2 dvd for quite some time, I know the acting in the show sucks, but man I love the predalien and the arsenal of the predator. Ironman was a dam good show, and everyday walking past my neighbourhood dvd shop I get ever so tempted to walk in and buy it, but I held back. I called up my dvd guy and lucky enough he said he had a last piece of avp2 double disc dvd and ironman double disc dvd. He sold me avp2 at 19, ironman at 31 and threw in a free copy of double disc avp1! So all in all I got 3 dvds at $50!!! Woo HOo. But kinda have avp1, dunno how to sell it away. Hmm.... Oh ya original price of Ironman double disc dvd was $42.90, avpr double disc $34.90 and avp double disc $19.90, adds up to $98.00. Woo Hoo saved 48 bucks!!

Back after some time, Life passes you by in the blink of an eye

Hi peepz, haven been blogging in ages. Think quite a number of events has happened since the last time I blogged. Will try to remember and jot down. Was just looking at an old friend's blog, she did a collage of her since she was a kid till her present age as her bday was coming. This made me thinking that life really does pass by in the blink of an eye. When you weren't noticing minor events pass you by, while you were busy at work or in school. What has become of today's society? It seems that the more busy we are the faster time passes by, makes me feel scared once in a while that life can go by so quick. Only yesterday was I a kid crawling under tables in a hotel , only yesterday was I extremely nervous siting for the O'levels, only yesterday was I excited about entering my new junior college, only yesterday was I so happy when the first time I held hands with my gf, only yesterday was i sad about parting with my loved ones to go to BMT, only yesterday was I admitted into NUS, only yesterday was my gf's graduation. What I'm trying to say is we all get caught up in our busy schedules that we have no time to look back and enjoy the beauty of everyday life. We are the ones that accelerate our life forward, perhaps we should look back and smell the breeze and go with the flow. I don't want to turn back time, I just want to go thru life we just the nice pace for me to enjoy every moment of it and take in the beauty of each phase of my life.

Blessing or curse?

Hi ppl, I don;t know if any one actually reads my blog, since i don't update it often haha. Well, was just wondering about something about myself. You know when sometimes you go late in the night your mum does not sleep till you get home, I used to think she stayed up late to nag the hell out of me. Now however, i have changed my perception of why she does that till today, it's because she is worried about me, either conciously or unconsciously. Well, tonight my baby went out with her friends to sing some KTV and chill out at a pub. Seems like a normal way to hang out with your pals. Even I myself think its no biggie, but for some reason I uncounciously cant fall aslp till she's home. I am a life science student and currently learning metabolism, and i have no idea why i cant slp, I did not eat or treat myself in any manner to inhibit the metabolic and regulatory pathways of my body, so why? I told myself to slp and lie there put it just cant happen, normally i would be dead tired by at most 2am and fall aslp like a log. But now its like 4:30 am and i'm still wide awake. Ppl feel tired because of a particular hormone released in our body, to allow the cells in our body to take a rest, some how uncounciously caring about someone has inhibited that particular sleeping pill hormone, hmm interesting. Which leads to another topic, is loving and caring a person too much, a blessing or a curse? I seriously don't know, sayings like love is the most beautiful thing in the world, contradicts what i am feeling right now. It is wonderful to be in love with a person who feels like your other half, but y cant i slp? Perhaps I should seek a counselor haha. Seriously wish i could fall aslp, but for some reason i can't, should i love less then to cure my insomnia?

HOLIDAY IN NEW YORK CITY!

Hey guys was in NYC in JUly to visit my sister who lives there. NYC is such a great place,it gives off a nice and cool vibe, especially rockerfella centre which is always buzzing with life! Took plenty of photos of almost everything like a kid going to a toy store and the mum refuses to let him buy anything so he takes photos of everything, ended up having 2.6 gig of photos, luckily had my Mac with me to dump all the photos in.

Lusty Cautioning!

Hey guys I found that giving my wonderful girlfriend normal gifts all the time was quite boring so I decided to get creative and give her a poster!!! Not just any poster but a poster of her favourite film, ok well the one without the over grown pubic and armpit hair version with two people having sex like monkeys in all sorts of contortions that a certified ballerina together with ah meng could achieve haha. Many a people said its nice! I like it ! I tink i should spoof more movies! High 5!!!

Lecturers BBQ and Massaging Doggie

About a week before the start of my final exams my lecturer invited us to his house for bbq, thats dam rare la, like how many lecturers even bother to have casual chats with their students, let alone invite them over for bbq. But this lecturer is different his hobby is setting up small businesses and selling them, so I think the real reason he invited us is to see which one of us has a product good enuff to commercialize. Instead of having casual chat with him, we ended up playing with his kids. A little boy around 1 yr plus and 2 gals in primary school. They have a dog on ecstacy sia, he keeps running around like mad bumping everyone but does not bark that much. However i managed to calm him down by giving him a dam shiok massage haha,Below is the massage vid!

He slapped us inside out upside down with quotes on statistical financial figures till each one of us was rooted to the ground in blurrness. Any way i still love our product and hope it becomes real soon. And thank god that module was over!!

Snow White The Power of Power

Hi guys this is the final video fully edited version. Quite happy with the end look, but quite miserable that we had to stick to below 9mins and incoporate lessons. Quite unexpected that the final marks were quite good too, my baby's vids is not bad too, its about three little pigs. I wanted to do a 300ish version of 3 little pigs, but i dun think the guys in my group would want to act in leather underwear and paint abs on to their body haha. I SO SO SO wanted to do that too. And it was too violent for a fairy tale darn!!! I may do one in the future with the help of my main man kiat!

The Making Snow White

I took a module on Management and organization last semester, and we had to do a video project. Of all kinds of genres we had to do a fairytale video with management lessons!! I was like what the $%@&*$%!, how the hell am I suppose to make 3 little pigs into 3 tau kays with textbookish principles. Well thru a great deal of brainstorming me and my team decided on Snow White with a dam star warish guy(me haha) in it. Well here are our takes enjoy.! Oh ya I play the angry dwarf and the henchmen, which is the star warish guy haha.

Starting to get rusty

Hello fellow people!!!! Been ultra busy last semester so found it super hard to keep track of my blog. So one of my new year resolutions is to update my life on my blog from time to time. So far haven found other new resolutions, hmm maybe to pull up my cap???
Well here are some fun things i've done since:
1. Went to New York CIty
2. Had a film project on Snow White a modern version with management lessons @^$£@?
3. Had an innovation project on a virtual desktop on your windscreen( I know it sounds boring at 1st, but the commercial we did was quite cool!!)
4. Kok came back to Singapore for a while, and rushed off coz he had some probs wif his paper and must take a supp paper. Darn regretted not meeting him, as it was my final exam week. See ya soon buddy! Meanwhile will hang out wif Kiat playing basketball at the arcade ahah. Not bad le both of us tag team can get 399!
5. Spoofed the Lust Caution movie poster for my baby's birthday.
6. Can't think of any other significant events at the moment but will update when I do haha
