Disappointment

The television was supposed to be delivered tommorrow but one of their staff called us and said that panasonic had some delays in shipment to best connection and that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the television to arrive, the staff said that we could refund the payment if we wanted to. So my mum and I decided to head down to the IT fair tomorrow to check out if there was a better deal and cancel the order from best connection.

New Plasma TV!

Today I and my mum went to buy a new television for our home, after looking thru numerous models we decided to settle on quite a good deal a 37 inch Panasonic Plasma Flat Scree television, looks quite small in the shop though. Could not find a pic for the 37inch one only the 42inch one, the only difference is mine is all black.

Result Day and Mind's Cafe

Yesterday was the day which I will get my results was also going to meet up with my friends and Lisa today. Decided not to go until the results were out as I could only check my results from 7pm to 1159pm. Results came and to my expectations it was bad as my grade point averaged drop, felt very down did not even wanted to go out. Called baby, she made me feel abit better and she agreed to accompany me to go out with my friends to mind cafe. Had quite a fun time there played till 2:30am, had forgotten the results while playing. We played quite a few games, but the last game which required some acting was very fun as Swee Kiat's acting was top notched dam funny ahahha. Oh yah and the view of the SIngapore River at night when the water is still is very mesmerizing, it looks like u are able to walk on the water like a tunnel below the Singapore River Bridge.

Baby's Result

Felt happy for my darlin. She did superbly well for her results.1 B+, 1 A- which is equivalent to 2 subjects coz its a cheem module so 2 A - and another A. Feeling very nervous for my results tmr, kind of got a feeling that it will suck coz i checked some of the ans I wrote and they were wrong.Pray..

Chalet Fun Huuuu

Yesterday had a chalet with regina and her pals.We went to some ulu sheng xiong supermarket to buy our chalet stuff,to my suprise they actually sell live frogs sia!Well anyway think kena cheated by the cabby coz felt like we were going around in circles before reaching down town east. Arrived at the chalet and started by playing cards till we were sian of it, then we walked around the place to see if there were other things to do. Apparantly on a weekday its like nothings open and the pool was quite crowded, so went back to the chalet to play cards till close to evening time then started the barbeque. Actually bbq food taste good once in awhile, think too much of it is unhealthy though.There were alot of stray cats in the area around our pit, and i kept feeding them food.So they kept wallking around us, and one of the gals was scared of cats so i decided to feed one of them sambal. I took a small scoop of it and placed it on the floor. The cat touched it with its paw 1st then licked it.N it started coughing, after that it buay tahanly put its paw on its face and its eye got in contact with the sambal and it began to tear after that the cat stared at me for 15mins straight felt quite bad.

Ate lots of bbq marshmellows and continued playing cards thru the night. After that we moved onto UNO and then a really funny session of twister as can see in the vid below.And i as usual forgot to bring out my spectacles and my contacts were getting dry, but ironically I did bring my goggles with degrees as I wanted to swim. Dam uncomfortable thru out the night haha, played card games and i could not make out the cards but it was still fun haha.Sooner or later it was morning and we packed up the area. Someone decided to dispose of the charcoal into the rubbish bin and burnt a hole in it.Sorry to NTUC, we din know hee.

Mahjong skin

Wah the after effects of going to the beach is terrible sia, i'm flaking like winter wonderland everywhere i go i leave a trail of skin ahah.Every single time i remove my clothing i peel like an onion.Jia latt.

Tdy followed reg and her friends and learnt how to play mahjong. At first it seemed quite difficult but its actually quite easy once u get the hang of it.

Phantom of the opera

Tdy went to watch phantom of the opear with sis and regina.It was a spectacular and unique experience. I think everyone shud see it at least once. The pyrotechniques and effects were good, however the chandelier crashing was not as good as what was described in the reviews maybe they dropped it till it was quite fragile haha.The actors voices were very crisp, clear and good. The voices were more gentle and calming than the original cast which i have the cd from ages ago. Truly a show for any1 Bravo!

Fun at Sentosa

Today followed baby and her friends to Sentosa! We met early in the morning for breakfast at Ya Kun and took the Sky Train to Sentosa.The price increased sia now its 3 bucks per entry into the island by any means eg taxi, train, even walk in. It was scorching hot day. Did not manage to see one of her friends play in the Rip Curl Beach Volley ball championships as he was out when we arrived. Walked on the beach to find a suitable spot to camp, once we found the spot we realized that we were lacking lots of stuff like food, drinks, towels, matts and balls haha. So we bought them all. Played volleyball although we sucked haha, man I din touch volley ball for like 5 yrs. Sun tanned abit, dipped in water abit, played frisbee with another group of ppl which we lost to big time haha. Baby and her friends helped gave me a sand bath and made me look like Sandman from Spidey 3 literally haha. Overall had lots of fun, only praying that I wun be burnt that badly with skin peeling like an onion. After all that playing around we went to find a toilet to bath. The queues for both the girls and guys toilets were extremely long!!! The girls one was many times worse though. It took around an hr for all of us to be all bathed finished, by that time the sun had already set. We wanted to try the luge, which is like a go cart thingy but decided not to as it was dark and cant realli appreciate the ride in the dark. So we decided to go see the musical fountain show, but in the end decided not to as 6 bucks to see squirting water with lighting was not exactly appealing to our wallets. Walked around and had dinner at a café.

Editing Vids and Spidey 3

Went to watch Spider man 3 this afternoon at Vivo MAx, the screen was huge almost was late for the show thankz to the many advertisements haha. The show was not bad the effects were good, but i think the show won't please people who have read the comic or watch the cartoon during their childhood, but for those people who did not I think they will greatly enjoy the show.








Haha these few days juz slacking around clearing room and editing videos. Think its kinda cool to turn your pics into video motages.

Clubbing with baby and friends

Today cleared my room alot and din managed to have time to complete it before going to baby's home to meet her to go clubbing with her friends. Went to baby's home to collect her and went to St James. Ladies night is dam good for ladies lo, they go in for free and get 5 drink coupons, while guys ay 20 bucks and only got 2??? Think the tactic is get girls to come and make them high fast with alot of drinks so that guys can have a good time and ask more guys to come down the next time. Dun realli like to go on ladies night 1st dere are like more men than women coz they expect chio bu's to be dere or an easy victim to touch and carass. Saw a few guys walking around and anyhow touching girls they dun noe. Felt quite unsafe for my baby so kept standing behind her to prevent any itchy hands from touching her.






We 1st went to St james power station, the crowd was mostly quite mature looking and no1 was dancing yet,that was around 10. We decided to explore the other 8 clubs that St james had to offer. Next we went to the Tiger gallery which has nothing much accept Tiger memorabiliar, tv showing soccer and a pool table. We went to dragonfly, heng i managed to go in as im the only person in the group which is like only 22. Dunno y 22 cant go in lo whats the diff between 22 and 23. Both are equally developed. And some 23 yr olds look younger and behave younger than some 22 yr olds. Dragonfly was having a performance of some kind with slyvester sim and other people whom i dunno. There were like a ton of old timers with young china girls as their escort for the night. That place generally plays cantonese and chinese songs. The songs were not bad till one song" si shua shua si shua shua" once we all heard that we scrammed from that section. After that we went to the gallery bar, but i got stopped by the bouncer he said i was only allowed in power station, then thru some negotiations i manage to go dere but had to give him my ic. We chilled dere for a while, den went to collect my ic and went to Mozilla a cuban club. It was nice and like the music and there were like so many ang mohs and all of them on the dance floor dancing sensually. But the rest of baby's gang was not into such music so left quite soon.Sian.. We den proceeded back to Powerstation to collect our drinks. The queue for the Ladies drinks was never ending, perhaps thats the bad point fot Ladies haha. So a couple of ppl making out in the club and groping like crazy wah lao i mean u want to make out find a room la, and i dun tink its enjoyable to kiss and carass in a noisy smokey environment with tons of eyes on u. After collecting our drinks we played a drinking game. Most of them were high after drinking even my baby. I on the other hand was still okie. I even tried drinking 4 different alochols at the same time tequila, bourbon, gin tonic and tiger beer with 4 straws. Felt bloody warm but stil okie. As my group were all jumpy and our drinks were finished we went to the dance floor and partyied. One of the guys got picked up by a girl. She kept telling him he was cute and even when he said he was attached she said i wun let u go. Den yah here comes me to the rescue. BACHIKOI! i squeezed inbetween the crazy girl and him and started acting gay dancing and holding him ahah, must have made that girl du lan. Too my horror once she could not get him she attacked my baby and gera!!! She is like some bisexual hyper animal in heat during mating season. She kept humping my baby and touching all over her!!!! Its like seeing her get molested by a girl. After awhile they managed to siam her, but she kept coming on to the 2 gals again and again. We kept changing positions and finally we were tired and left the club. But even though she was around , we did managed to have a hell of a good time. ANd im still not high.... I wonder how does is feel? i always dun seem to have enuff money or alcohol to get high ahha. Some say ang moh blood like dat??
After that we were stopped by the police for jay walking. The police women said u all abit typsie after the club yah, u should not be walking on the road but on the pavement. But there no pavement lo. Then we said we were looking for food. Then she replied food so late everywhere closed.Then the other police man said St James have prata.We went to check out the prata place and vuala no more prata!!! Last serving of prata at 3.30am. Decided to call it a day and had back to baby’s home. Slept at close to 5am.

The rush to the emergency room

Went back to NUS to repair my MAC. The silly people at the counter is dam inexperienced, they dun even know what is wrong with my MAC, so i just showed them my MAC which died after 5mins of power. I filled in the forms and the guy said " Hey you stay Toa Payoh ah? U go direct to factory better le, dun nid wait 3 weeks to get back." NUS is dam slow you know why it takes 3weeks to get back your computer?1st week is to wait for the truck to come collect the com and bring it to the factory. 2nd week wait for the factory to do the relevent paper work and repair. 3rd week is to wait for the truck to collect it from the factory and send it back to NUS. WTH sia 2 weeks just on transport???? Lucky he noticed my address, I went to the factory and the guy said fastest you can get it back by this friday. He also said that the 1st batch of MACBOOK all got some faulty heat sync problem so when it gets too hot over time it will auto off to cool it self down, as that component does not recognise the cooling mechanism or something like that la from what the guy told me.YAY! i saved 17 days without my com!!!!Only need 4 days more =)

Maxtor Hard-drive Huuuu

Yo today went for dim sum at crystal jade at vivo city. Its cusine is rather different than the main one at taka. Its decor is very zen with a view of the sea and sentosa. After lunch went to challenger to buy an external hard-drive, could not take the slowness of transfering information with a 1 gig hard-drive.Wanted to buy a 500gig 1 at 259, but my mum said i dun nid so big store what rubbish, so bought a 300gig 1 at 159. Which i think is rather worth it as I'm paying 2gig for around 1 dollar. Now i can transfer information faster and i dun have to keep deleting like using a thumb drive to transfer. But sadly my MAC condition is very jia latt now even in an air conditioned environment it will shut down on its own more often. So i made my room like antartica, 2 fans blowing at the MAC plus air con on at 16 degrees and another portable fan blowing at it.Eventually slept dam late coz the com kept shuting down even under the extremely cold condition that made me shiver thru out the nite.

Lunch at billard room

My mum had 2 free vouchers for Billard Room at Raffles Hotel bcoz of her Platinium card, so why decided to use it today. I like the place alot coz of its old decor, it gives u the feeling that u are taken back into time. There are ceiling fans, chandeliers and the chairs show that it has aged but all of it complements the place's nostalgic and olden feel, except that there is air conditioning haha.Oh yah my MAC is dying real soon currently it can tahan 15mins or sometimes 20mins if lucky. I found out another thing it can withstand longer in an air condition environment hmm so now crazily backing up information with a 1 gig thumb drive to transfer to my other com. And yah there were countless times the MAC shut down went it was saving information.

The end of school is now!

Yay I'm happy and sad at the same time. Happy that the school term has ended and sad that the last paper i sat was the hardest of them all. I dunno why? I had 1 week to study and still it was so difficult. Cud be due to several factors such as my lazy mind thinking of the holidays instead of that 1 minute paper or the school purposely made all those papers at the end of the exam period the most hardest coz we had alot of time to study. Felt quite sad, but hey its over so i rather not think about it and think of what to do during the holidays.=) And ya another suay thing happened my MAC is lke gona die soon it keeps shuting down by it self and as the days progresss it takes a shorter time b4 it shutsdown. Currently it can tahan 1hr before shuting down.=(
